Good morning, afternoon or evening, I hope today finds you happy and joyful!

A great start to my day was had, a long lie, a nice walk on the beach in the rain, and lots of productive work! Only, I lost most of it by clicking out the page! Joy!

So a quick 500 to get me back on track and focussing on the positivity!

Not going to spend a lot of time on images and memes for this one, just a quick 500 before I head out for some Friday night dinner!

Last night was an interesting one, I'm sure I dreamt, I have a rough recollection but can't for the life of me remember the details

It's something I will need to work on, maybe I should make a dream diary for mornings

I should probably make more notes/diaries to keep me organised and on track, there's always so much to do it's impossible for a sloth to keep up.

I have several notes around me, more in my bag, even some in the bedroom and I still don't know whether I'm coming or going. Maybe I need a note for my notes.

As usual sloth mind wanders, I hope someone found their way down this path with me, otherwise, I'm talking to myself, all be it, nothing unusual for a sloth community mod, the time I get round to answering everyone has disappeared!

It's amazing anything gets done in the sloth world really, sometimes all they lack is that little buzz to get them to move! No not that buzz ladies! Although, I'm sure it would get most sloths in your life moving one way or another!

Look, I told you, I don't have time for fanciness tonight! Dinner is calling!

Let's round off today's post with some interesting facts. (and these are off the top of my head so might not be 100% true!)

BTW....why does my keyboard have sounds now? What have I turned on? Or am I hearing things?

so... Sloths are faster swimmers than "walkers (or movers in general)

Sloths have special algae on their body that can actually be used to cure diseases! Lots of scientific research is being done on it!

Some sloths are incredibly good-looking and extremely funny! Whilst, of course, being totally modest and not making up facts about themself to use words!

500 words a day is a bit of a waste when you don't have 500 words to talk about! I need to start using this as a creative outlet, not a sloth spam page! One thing at a time, right now I'm just happy to be able to publish something and keep my momentum going! It doesn't take a lot to knock a sloth off track!

So with all that said and done, we're finished with this entry! The next one will be better, I'm going to start 500 words a day note somewhere! Probably on the bottom of my list....of never-ending things!
