Good afternoon buzzers, Happy Monday!

Well, it's Monday, who's 'really' Happy? I've been struggling today, or actually for a few days, probably closer to weeks actually! It's hard sometimes to find the motivation to do...well anything.

Today was one of those days, I woke up early, the dog was already complaining, my back was sore, and I didn't sleep very well. It's now raining, the internet is playing up. Heck, I'm not even sure I'll get this post posted. It's taking 10 seconds to load different discord channels. Watching videos / finding gifs? No chance!

But, you know what, life is all about those ups and downs. And, let's be honest, if that's my worry list, I'm doing not too bad. I've had 3 coffees today... Does coffee actually 'help' anything? Been thinking about this more recently, I don't seem to get any 'buzz' from it, it just sort of worked its way into my daily routine. Sitting, bored, oh think I'll have a coffee...

Today is one of those days where the inner sloth takes control, and although I'm trying to battle it, I feel it dragging me down! How to overcome it? Is it all in my mind? Is there some magic button I can press to fix things? Maybe there's a secret to life I'm yet to discover.

Speaking of minds, logged into minds.com and was greeted by a comment. As part of a thread which started last week when I 'returned' to minds for the first time in a while. The meme I posted was this:

And as we all know, the world revolves around me/you/'I'. We all live in our little bubble where everything should focus on 'us'. So, after getting back into minds, posting 2-3 posts and a meme, I of course expected 100s, if not 1000s of replies! Why wouldn't I get them? I've had over 1 MILLION views there, I'm followed by the creator of the platform, and I MUST be a big deal?!?!

Ok, in reality, I'm not actually that...what's the word...shallow, vain, egotistic? I had something like 30 views in total over those 3 posts after a couple of hours. Anyways, after begging for some attention on the post, I received this comment, asking what I expected, of course, being the sloth that I am, I had to go with a 'cheeky' reply!

Well, I went on with my day, enjoyed the rest of 4:20 and forgot about the world of the internet for the weekend. Quality time with the family beats any interactions possible online! When I got to the laptop this morning, after fighting with the WiFi as usual, I finally started doing the rounds. After I moaned about life in discord (we need some fresh blood in there, everyone is already bored with my complaining, even the AI chatbot can't be bothered with it anymore lol). I had a quick look at Sloth.Buzz and done the curations. After reading the awesome post by @tengolotodo regarding his life lessons. A REALLY great read, check it out here

I hopped on over to Minds to see if I had any notification there, a whole 8 were waiting on me! Not bad considering my posts from 4:20 weren't of much real value! One of my notifications was regarding my earnings for the day! A massive $0.01! Again, not bad for 'poor content' there! However, the one that caught my eye was a comment on the above-mentioned thread.

And you know what! It really did brighten my day! Just that one little comment, clearly, following on from my cheekiness, the reply was more than I could have expected! Not only did I upvote it, but I also replied and went on to send the author a Minds token tip! I then made a new post today on Minds about it! And I'm following up with another here! Sometimes it really is the little things in life that mean the most!

So after a poor start to my day, with the sloth in full control, I've managed to shake up some buzz and create some content! Hopefully, my posts both on Minds, and here on Hive will give others a little joy and they can continue to spread that to others! Take the time to enjoy other people's content, engage, interact and grow as a person and creator!
